Merge Your Outdoor Speakers into the Garden

A lot of us like to listen to music in the garden, especially now the weather is a lot warmer. The trouble is we don’t want to be wearing headphones attached to our gadgets as they get in the way of whatever we are doing, especially if we are lying down sunbathing. The answer is to hook up some outdoor speakers to run your stereo through. This is all easily done now, but the speakers that are available tend to stick out like sore thumbs. What is needed is something to blend into the surroundings. Something like a tree stump.

A company called StereoStone has a product which is exactly that. Mimicking a small tree stump, the Tree Stump Outdoor Speaker System merges into the surrounding foliage or sits nicely on the lawn emitting your soothing tunes throughout the day.

There are three options to choose from. The first is a 125w 2-way 8-inch 8 ohm speaker; next is a 250w 8-inch 8 ohm subwoofer and finally there is a 125w dual voice coil 8-inch stereo speaker. Each of these uses ferrofluid cooling technology, poly mica cone materials for lower distortion and greater power handling and santoprene weather resistant surround suspension.

The speaker systems are triple protected form the elements such as the ultraviolet rays from the sun, rain, snow ice and even the bugs.
