The working day can sometimes feel like forever. Plodding along inputting all that data or filing away all those files. All that you can look forward to is a coffee break or lunchtime. What about those in-between times? What gadget or gizmo can you use to help you through the day? Well, if you have a soft spot for chocolate (let’s face it, who hasn’t) there is the Chococlock that will sit nicely on your desk.
This retro-modern timepiece acts a bit like a cuckoo clock. On the hour a door opens, but instead of a bird popping its head out and making an annoying noise, a chocolate of your choice is presented for you to consume, not only satisfying your chocolate craving, but also giving you a much needed energy boost (not sure how much energy you would get from one Malteser though). The chocolate is presented for 30 seconds only so no nipping out for a cigarette on the hour mark or it will snatch it back inside before you get to it.
To fill up the Chococlock there is a door at the back and it will hold 30 bits of chocolate giving 30 hours worth of treats for you to look forward to. If you can’t wait for the hour to come round there is a cheat button that dispenses a chocolate piece when you push it, don’t let anyone else in the office know though.
